Thanks for the chat today. I enjoyed your post. I too meditate early in the morning and the room I mediate in faces the morning sun. The same thing has struck me some mornings when I start meditating ...it&#039;s dark and when I open my eyes there is the beautiful sun rise coming through the trees.
