A 90-Minute Meditation Workshop · May 2 · 12:00 – 1:30 PM · Muscle & Flow Milton
Stress doesn’t wait for a convenient moment. Neither does anxiety. And that voice in your head that turns frustration into a full spiral? It has terrible timing.

Most of us were never taught how to be with difficult emotions. We only know how to push through them, distract from them, or hope they pass quickly. The problem is, they always come back.
This workshop helps change that.
Mindfulness is what happens when meditation meets the real world. It happens when the tools you’ve been building on the cushion finally work when you actually need them. In this 90 minute session, you’ll learn practical techniques for staying grounded when powerful negative emotions show up, without suppressing them and without being controlled by them.
We’ll practice together – a few times. And that part matters more than you might think. Meditating in rounds, alongside others creates a kind of collective energy that’s genuinely hard to replicate on your own. It’s like running a race with other runners, everyone doing the work, everyone moving forward.
What you’ll walk away with:
- A clearer understanding of how mindfulness applies in the moment – not just on the mat
- 2 techniques for working with stress, anxiety, and anger without getting swept away
- The experience of a supported, shared practice you can return to
