We all instinctively seek the company and comfort from our friends and family. And with technologies like email, Facebook, and Twitter, even when we’re alone, we’re never really alone. Despite our intertwined lives, we each have our own unique purpose, that we can only discover and realize individually.
On June 11, 3:30 at the Milton Library take a break from your social networks and join us, learn how to meditate, and discover…
-How meditation helps eliminate daily stress
-How we developed our patterns of behavior
-Why those patterns are so difficult to break
-The impact of your past and how it is directing your future
-How you created an ego-identity to survive in this world
-How to identify your true self and overcome the fears that are holding you back
This is a one hour meditation training that is perfect for beginners or anyone who wants to get back on track with meditation. No experience is necessary. The meditation technique that is taught in this class will be a new one (different from past classes), that helps you to direct your attention inward and go beyond your thoughts. Any questions you have about meditation will be answered.
